Tied at the half in Champaign

Huskers had a double digit lead for most of the first half, but a 13-0 Illinois run late tied the game 37-37.

Pryce Sandfort scored the first 15 points of the game for Nebraska and has 26 at the half, 2 short of his career high.

Huskers need to get back to how they played for the first 15 minutes of the game.

Nebraska led most of the 2nd half but Illinois tied it up with 17 seconds, Lawrence hit the buzzer beater to give Nebraska the big road win 83-80. 11-0 on the season!

In spite of typical Big 10 refereeing the Huskers knock off Illinois 83-80 as Jamarcus Lawrence hits a 3 at the buzzer. GBR!

Maybe Nebraska can be in basketball what Indiana was in football this year. :crossed_fingers:

i thought the officiating had a bit of a home bias, but it almost always does. I didn’t understand a few calls, but at least none of them made the difference in the game, which I’ve seen a few too many times.
