I am no fan of Iowa, but enforcing tampering violations on exactly one P4 school is pretty laughable at this point. I’m sure every SEC school is guilty of far worse.
SEC schools probably go to great lengths to make sure the head coach is insulated from stuff like that. It isn’t clear if the NCAA’s authority extends to 3rd party agents.
