NCAA moving to one transfer window per year

It’ll be interesting to see how long it takes for this to generate a lawsuit:

Probably. I hate seeing college football reduced to courtroom litigation. But that’s the brave new world, unfortunately.

I remember when I took my Business Law course in the UNL MBA program, Jack Goebel, who served for a number of years as the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at UNL before stepping down to become the chair of the Accounting department and teach business law, said he thought that in the future most CEOS would need to be attorneys because dealing with laws and litigation would be among their most important responsibilities.

However, I think even Jack would be frustrated at today’s world, where so many business actions or policy decisions, laws and government actions wind up being challenged in an almost neverending series of court cases and decisions.

People are really sue happy in this day and age. I really feel college athletics have crossed the line of no return.
