In the article it says the firing was for cause, which is obvious if there was an inappropriate relationship with a staff member.

Well, he has now been arrested and taken into police custody. The rumors regarding the arrest are….pretty disturbing, but nothing has been substantiated yet.

Fired for cause is something they’ll have to prove. If they could just use it as a magical talisman no buyout would ever be worth a penny.
Very true, but being arrested for stalking and domestic violence is a good start to show cause. As inappropriate relations with a staff member, I don’t see him anytime but a few bucks to make it go away
He’s now been charged with home invasion, and stalking. That doesn’t help his case much.
