OSU seems to have moved on from pursuing Dylan Raiola, they now have a commitment from Air Noland. (Great first name for a QB!)
Fansided says Raiola may have quietly cut USC from his list.

Two weeks to the spring game. I don’t think they’ve said how it will be run yet, but I don’t really expect Rhule to show much in terms of personnel or structure.
The real issue is probably are the PLAYERS being sucked in as well? Pelini’s teams seemed like they had bought in, I never really felt that with either Riley or Frost, and not much with Callahan, either. With Solich it seemed like that esprit de corps dropped with each new season.
It would not surprise me if Dylan Raiola initially signs with Georgia or USC, and transfers to Nebraska after 1 or 2 years.
Itis tempting at times to get drawn in. I have just decided I got so
badly burned with the last coach I want to see results first. If that
happens then accolades will follow.
