Considering the price of the tickets I can’t imagine that many people from Nebraska bought tickets. The cheapest ticket available on the CU website for this game was $315 per seat and as high as $942 per seat, and this was not the secondary market. After seeing this I immediately called the NU ticket office and told them thanks but no thanks someone else can have the four tickets I requested.
I enjoy going to games and what not but this game is not worth $315 per seat (or more) plus fees. I will happily sit at home in my fully paid for house in front of my fully paid for big screen TV and watch the game without spending the equivalent of a house payment to buy four tickets.
