Biden rescinded a bunch of Trump 45 EO’s and then Trump 47 rescinded a bunch of Biden EO’s and put back some of his Trump 45 EO’s. It’s frankly a BS political game since Congress is so broken and can’t act on behalf of the National majority on anything.
