I also set the delay on the email messages to 1 minute so it should be more timely during the game.

Same as last week, you need to log into the website to get to the chat. Email messages are delayed several minutes.
I wish Discourse would make chats open (at least read-only) to those not logged in, but that’s not on their project list.

Well, NBC’s team lost today, so they’re trying to salvage what they can.
Expect nothing less from Colt McCoy.

They were Big 12. Terrible 2nd half.
First half NU had 3 penalties for 35 yds.
Second half 9 penalties for 70 yds.
What the Heck?
Looking at penalties by QTR:
1st - cu 1-15, NU 2-20
2nd - cu 6-65, NU 1-05
3rd - cu 0-0, NU 3-28
4th - cu 2-24, 6-52
How do we fall apart so much that we get 6 penalties in the 4th QTR when we had a total of 6 penalties in the first 3 quarters?
And, how does cu improve so much that they only have 2 penalties in the entire 2nd half when they had 7 penalties in the first half?
Inconsistent refs!
Preseason, if the teams are from different conferences, expectation is that the visiting conference will staff the refs.
I saw good calls and iffy calls, some on both sides, but I thought most of the ones on the Huskers in the 2nd half were reasonable calls, even if the NBC crew calling the game didn’t think so. They got sloppy as they got tired, IMHO.
